寫入已知 Host 量 → 讀 erase count → 線性外推到額定 P/E。不需 over-provisioning(已含在 erase count 內)。
⚠ Host 與 Erase Count 必須同一次測試;正常 TBW 用 Avg EC(典型值),保證 TBW 才用 Max EC(最差 block)。
